Try my FAMOUS Salad Dressing in 12oz. Once you taste it you won't want any other dressing on your salad. My secret dressing is a family tradition dating back to my Great Grandmother. As a child growing up in the suburbs of Philly and being a child of two 100%  Italian parents  from South Philly I learned to cook at a very young age. Mom was alway in the kitchen cooking and alway had jobs for my sister and I, of course my job was to make the salad. Now being 100% Italian there was nothing coming from a jar or bottle everything was home made. So every night at dinner time I would tear apart the lettuce cut the cucumbers and put everything in a bowl along with the black olives (what Italian doesn't like black olives) and start to add my secret ingredients. Once everything was added I would toss and toss and toss until all the dressing was mix well with the lettuce. Growing up with a sister,two brothers and a mother who was always in the kitchen cooking and feeding all the neighborhood kids, my passion for cooking came at a very young age. I started PGP Inc back in 2005 with a freind and everytime we do a Catering Job everyone raves about the Salad Dressing so I decided to share it with all of you!
